The Employers-Lessors and Farm Owners Association in Bydgoszcz has been representing the interests of agribusiness for over 20 years now. It is an organisation of rural entrepreneurs and agribusiness companies. The association is member of the Federation of the Unions of Agricultural Employers - Tenant Farmers and Land Owners in Poland which represents 14 regional organisations.
The objects of the Employers-Lessors and Farm Owners Association is to: effectively represent the interests of agricultural producers and the agri & food industry, disseminate innovation and transfer knowledge, strengthen the ties between partners and promote cooperation.
The European Landowners’ Organization (ELO) is a unique federation of national and regional associations from the 28 EU Member States and beyond, which represents the interests of landowners, land managers and rural entrepreneurs at the European level.
Independent and non-profit making, the ELO is the only organisation able to represent the broadly defined interests of various stakeholders in the agricultural sector. The ELO promotes a prosperous countryside through stable property rights, supporting private landowners and farm managers to guarantee profitable rural business and sustainable land use in order to ensure food security and environmental protection.
The Employers - Lessors and Farm Owners Association together with the European Landowners’ Organization from Brussels are organisers of the European Congress of Agribusiness Managers. The Congress is a two-day event with a European dimension, aimed at agribusiness managers and intended to provide them with an annual update on the trends abundant in the agricultural area, bringing innovative solutions and growth options into focus. Each edition is an opportunity for a mutual exchange of experience and transfer of knowledge from scientific circles to the agribusiness environment.
